The hotel is conveniently located, just a short 20-minute drive from the ski slopes. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious interiors and comfortable beds. the staff at reception is friendly and always ready to assist. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.
Some guests have mentioned that the language skills of the waiter staff need improvement and that they encountered difficulties in communication.

The hotel's location was perfect for my business trip, with easy access to important landmarks and attractions. We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect as it was just a short drive away from the Roata sky track, which made it super convenient for us to enjoy some winter fun on the slopes. The hotel also provided an airport shuttle service, which was a great bonus for us.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had an amazing experience! Loved the delicious food served to our room and enjoyed the comfy beds and chairs. the location was perfect, just a short drive away from a popular ski resort and with ample parking available. We also enjoyed the indoor spa facilities, very relaxing.
The hotel lacked some amenities we expected. the artificial hot springs bath was not described clearly on the website and the sauna was on the first floor, which was a bit inconvenient.
